In Kražiai, Kelmė district, the second community gathering ‘Good Neighbours’ was held, which was organised by Ignitis Renewables, a green energy company. The event brought together representatives of communities, schools and non-governmental organisations from across Lithuania – from areas where wind farms are already operating or are planned. The meeting served as a platform for sharing experiences, discussing life alongside renewable energy projects, and strengthening ties between local communities.

A symbolic meeting location was chosen – near Kelmė wind farm, the largest project of its kind in Lithuania and the Baltics. It was attended by the community representatives from various regions of the country, most of whom live near operating or planned wind farms. The event programme focused on open dialogue about everyday changes, community expectations and the importance of long-term partnership.
