Tauragė solar farm

Location pin decoration Lithuania

Tauragė solar farm is located in the south-western part of Lithuania, on the territory of an existing wind farm, making this a hybridisation project. The 22 MW solar power plant is built in a 32-ha territory. The solar fam started generating green electricity in 2024.

Silesia wind farm II

Location pin decoration Poland

  • Project in development

  • 137 MW total capacity

The largest onshore wind farm under construction by Ignitis Renewables in Poland, with a projected total capacity of 137 MW. The commercial operations of the Silesia wind farm II are expected to commence in the second half of 2024.

Silesia wind farm I

Location pin decoration Poland

  • Commenced operations in 2024

  • 50 MW total capacity

The project is located in south-western Poland, near the border with Czech Republic. It consists of 14 wind turbines with a capacity of 3.6 MW each. The 50 MW wind farm commenced operations in 2024.

Pomerania wind farm

Location pin decoration Poland

Operating in north-west Poland, Pomerania wind farm was the first wind farm built by Ignitis Renewables and started its operation in 2021.

Location pin decoration Lithuania

Mažeikiai wind farm is a project in the northern part of Lithuania consisting of 14 turbines with a total capacity of 63 MW.

Mali and Tamba wind farm

Location pin decoration Estonia

  • Commenced operations in 2014

  • 18 MW total capacity

The first operational wind farm in Estonia where sustainable energy is generated using 6 wind turbines. The wind farm with 18 MW total installed capacity has started commercial operations in 2014.

Kretinga wind farm

Location pin decoration Lithuania

The 9 MW wind farm is in western Lithuania, Kretinga region. It generates clean energy using its 6 wind turbines since 2010.

Tauragė wind farm II

Location pin decoration Lithuania

The second farm operating in Tauragė district in Lithuania generates green energy using 7 wind turbines. The total capacity of the find farm that started operations in 2011 is 15 MW.

Tauragė wind farm I

Location pin decoration Lithuania

The 10 MW wind farm, located in Tauragė district in Lithuania, has 5 wind turbines that started generating clean energy in 2010.

Jurbarkas wind farm

Location pin decoration Lithuania

The farm with 24 MW total installed capacity is in south-western Lithuania, Jurbarkas district. The wind farm commenced operations in 2016.

Lithuanian offshore wind farm

Location pin decoration Lithuania

  • Project in development

  • 700 MW total capacity

The maritime area in the Baltic Sea designated for the offshore wind farm is approximately 120 square kilometres. The farm area is located at least 37 km away from Lithuania's shore. It is estimated that the wind farm will have a total capacity of 700 MW. The potential number of wind turbines to be erected will be up to 55, with a maximum height of up to 350 metres. The offshore wind farm is expected to become operational around 2030. The project is being developed with Ocean Winds.

About project

Polish solar portfolio

Location pin decoration Poland

  • Project in development

  • 30 MW total capacity

The portfolio of multiple solar power projects amounts to approximately 30 MW. The projects are under construction and expected to commence commercial operations in before the end of 2024.

Latvian solar portfolio I

Location pin decoration Latvia

  • Project in development

  • 239 MW total capacity

This portfolio comprises three separate power plants in Latvia, a 94 MW Vārme solar farm and a 145 MW Stelpe solar farm, consisting of two stand-alone developments. In total, the installed capacity of the planned solar parks should reach up to 239 MW and commence operations in 2025.

Kelmė wind farm I

Location pin decoration Lithuania

Kelmė wind farm I and Kelmė wind farm II are two stages of one of the largest wind projects currently under construction in Lithuania and the Baltics with a total capacity of 300 MW.

Kelmė wind farm II

Location pin decoration Lithuania

Kelmė wind farm I and Kelmė wind farm II are two stages of one of the largest wind projects currently under construction in Lithuania and the Baltics with a total capacity of 300 MW.

Estonian offshore wind farm

Location pin decoration Estonia

  • Project in development

  • 1.4 GW total capacity

The maritime area of the project is made up of two seabed sites, located in the Gulf of Riga, northwest of Ruhnu Island, near Estonia’s Baltic Sea coast covering in total approximately 193 square kilometres. Depending on environmental impact assessment results, site optimisation as well as other factors, the capacity of the offshore wind farm will be 1–1.5 GW. The project is expected to become operational around 2035 and is being developed with Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP).
