We are looking for a colleague to help us take care of overseeing and coordinating all maintenance activities related to operational Wind Park, PV Parks, and BESS. About the role

As a Maintenance Manager you'll:
  • Developing and implement maintenance strategy for renewables assets (Solar, wind, BESS)
  • Developing an implement maintenance team structure and procedures 
  • Developing, implementing, and supervising maintenance activities on site
  • Ensuring spare parts delivery in a proper manner
  • Supervising and guide a Field technician team
  • Coordinating inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues 
  • Coordinating and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
  • Ensuring that technical issues related with electrical, mechanical, and control systems are resolved in a proper manner
  • Implementing safety protocols and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the maintenance team
  • Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes. 

About you

You'll thrive as a Maintenance Manager if You:
  • University degree in engineering
  • 5 years of proven track record in design, testing, planning, and maintenance activities in power plants and electrical substations. Experience in energy power plant projects would be considered as an advantage
  • Familiarity with electrical, automation, distribution network, or transmission network relay protection engineering
  • Familiarity with maintenance procedures for HV electrical components
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proficient in using maintenance planning software
  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance optimization
  • Ablity to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines
  • English language.
