Eligibility, entry details, and prize information
UAB “Ignitis renewables”, code: 304988904, adress: Laisvės pr. 10, Vilnius, Lithuania (hereinafter – the Organizer), is organizing a contest (hereinafter – the Contest) to win a trip to the Pink Soup Festival on May 31, 2025 in Vilnius, which is conducted in accordance with the following terms and conditions (hereinafter – the Rules):
1.1. The Contest is open only to natural persons who meet all of the following requirements:
1.2. Employees of AB “Ignitis grupė” and it‘s companies and their close relatives parents (adoptive), children (adopted), brothers, sisters, spouse, cohabitant) are eligible to participate, provided they disclose their association with Ignitis Group when entering to the Contest.
1.3. Participation in the Contest is void where prohibited by local laws or regulations of Lithuania.
2.1. To participate in the Contest, entrants must complete the online form on the Contest landing page by providing the following information:
2.2. The campaign will run from April 2 to April 13, 2025, inclusive. The campaign of the Contest will be promoted during the Wind Europe Conference (April 8 to April 10, 2025, inclusive) and via online geotargeted ads in Copenhagen.
2.3. By submitting the form, participants confirm they have read and agreed to these Rules.
3.1. There will be 1 winner selected.
3.2. Only participants who comply with the participation method outlined in these Rules are eligible to win.
3.3. The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries using a computer-generated random draw system to ensure impartiality.
3.4. The winner selection process will be overseen by an internal committee of Organizer’s HR representatives in order to asure transparency.
3.5. The winner will be notified via email or phone call on April 17, 2025 (National Energy Day in Lithuania).
3.6. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) calendar days of the notification, the prize may be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.
3.7. The winner’s personal data will not be published publicly without explicit consent.
4.1. The prize includes:
4.2. All tickets and vouchers will be purchased in consultation with the winner and will be delivered to them via email communication.
4.3. Flights are scheduled for May 30, 2025, with return on June 1, 2025, unless alternative dates are agreed upon in writing with the winner.
4.4. Any changes to travel dates requested by the winner must be approved in writing by the Organizer and are subject to availability.
4.5. The prize is transferable to another person only with the written approval of the Organizer. Any costs associated with the transfer (e.g., name changes on tickets) must be covered by the original winner.
4.6. The prize is not redeemable for cash or exchangeable for other prizes.

4.8. The prize covers only the specified items in 4.1 Clause. All other expenses, including but not limited to travel-related taxes, visa fees, travel insurance, meals (beyond hotel-provided breakfast), local transportation, and additional services and (or) personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
4.9. The winner is responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents (e.g., passport, visa) and are eligible to enter Lithuania.
4.10. The Organizer is not responsible for any disruptions to the travel plans due to reasons beyond their control (e.g., flight cancellations).
5.1. The campaign of the Contest will be advertised via LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Display Ads, targeting users in Copenhagen, Denmark.
5.2. The Contest landing page will be publicly accessible globally but will not be actively promoted outside Denmark.
6.1. The Organizer will collect and process participants’ personal data (name, surname, phone number, link to LinkedIn profile) in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By participating in the Contest and submitting their details, participants consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering and conducting the Contest.
6.2. Personal data will be securely stored in the Smart Recruiters system and will be used solely for the purpose of administering and conducting the Contest.
6.3. Participants have the right to access, correct, or delete their data by contacting the Organizer at [email protected].
6.4. Personal data collected during the Contest will be retained for two months after the contest.
6.5. More information about the processing of personal data can be found in the Organizer’s Privacy statement.
7.1. Any disputes or complaints arising from the contest will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.2. The Organizes reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters related to the Contest
8.1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or cancel the Contest at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure, technical issues, or regulatory changes.
8.2. In the event of cancellation or amendments, the Organizer will not be liable for any costs incurred by participants or the winner.
8.3. Participants will be notified of any amendments or cancellation via email or other appropriate communication channels as soon as possible.
8.4. If participants do not agree with any amendments made to the Contest, they have the right to withdraw from the Contest by notifying the Organizer via email at [email protected]
9.1. The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues, loss of entries, or delays in communication resulting from circumstances beyond its control.
9.2. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to release the Organizer from any liability arising from their participation or acceptance of the prize, except for cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Organizer.
9.3. The Organizer is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services (e.g., airline companies, hotel providers) included in the prize. Participants must address any grievances directly with the respective third-party service providers.
9.4. Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information they provide. The Organizer will not be held liable for any consequences resulting from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by participants.
