WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST (F/M/D) I IGNITIS RENEWABLES

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Preparing and running internal communication via MS Teams and emails seamlessly working with management team and colleagues
• Developing initiatives, organizing and managing company events, meetings and other activities that contribute to a positive workplace environment
• Drafting, formatting, storing and managing various office and company documents
• Maintaining document management system, initiating needed improvements
• Managing relationships with external service providers (like cleaning, maintenance, etc.)
• Initiating and contributing to the development and implementation of rules, HR standards, policies, processes and practices for the organization
• Participating in various organisational projects (like workplace improvements, new office setups, and others).

Required for this position:

• University or College degree
• At least 3 years previous experience within a similar role
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent English and Estonian language skills
• Ability to build relationships, to act proactively, independently and adapt to changing situations
• Possess IT literacy and excel in using MS Office.
