About the role

As a Quality Assurance Engineer you'll:
  • Conducting comprehensive inspections of renewable energy projects, equipment, and components at all stages
  • Collaborating with teams for regular project audits and process check
  • Leading QA/QC activities, ensuring adherence to standards within specific projects.
  • Identifying and report quality issues, implement corrective actions
  • Maintaining records, prepare detailed improvement reports
  • Assessing supplier and material quality, conduct audits
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities with the Quality Assurance Manager
  • Delivering quality-related training to enhance compliance
  • Advising project team on quality management matters. 

About you

You'll thrive as a Quality Assurance Engineer if You:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within renewables, construction, or manufacturing sectors
  • Demonstrating strong knowledge of quality management principles and standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and familiarity with quality methodologies
  • Proficiency in renewable energy project construction methodologies, inspection, testing techniques, and material verification, including coordination with external auditors for quality assessment
  • Expertise in third-party auditing processes and quality assessment for renewable energy projects
  • Proficiency in quality control methodologies, assurance planning, and root cause analysis (RCA)
  • English and a driving license.
