We are looking for a colleague, who would join our PPA team and help us to lead PPA origination and structuring activities in Ignitis Renewables. We value openness, partnership is our strength, and responsibility makes us a great team. About the role

As a Power Purchase Agreements (Ppa) Manager you'll:
  • Originate Power Purchase Agreements with international corporate and utility offtakers
  • Participate in Requests for Proposals (RfP) organised by corporate offtakers or third-party advisors
  • Create and maintain lead list of potential offtakers
  • Contribute towards creating offtake origination strategy in dedicated markets
  • Manage documentation and presentations banks, offtakers and other involved parties
  • Follow regulatory changes affecting PPAs in the Polish and other dedicated markets
  • Structure and negotiate PPAs and balancing service agreements
  • Work closely with project finance and M&A teams to ensure that power revenue streams always meet the optimal risk and/or reward profile.

About you

You'll thrive as a Power Purchase Agreements (Ppa) Manager if You:
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree and possess at least 2 year experience working in energy field: retail, trading, advisory or PPA related
  • Have knowledge of energy market fundamentals and functioning principles
  • Understand regulatory principles governing energy markets
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Are commercially driven with excellent contract negotiation skills
  • Have good financial modelling and economic analysis skills
  • Have strong ability cooperate with other teams (e.g. M&A, Finance, Technology, Trading, Retail and Treasury) to ensure the right documentation and management of the stakeholder alignment process
  • Are fluent in English. Polish language skills would be an asset.
